A place where Neil’s deep knowledge of diamonds and gemstones, honed from three-and-a-half decades at De Beers, meets Kanta’s innate understanding of how jewellery fits into a woman’s wardrobe.
NEIL VENTURA Founder & CEO
Neil Ventura is a leading authority on diamonds and gemstones. A name synonymous with expertise and insight, he is fascinating to talk to and always generous with his wisdom.
A trusted guide in the enigmatic world of gemstones that few get to experience, Neil inherited his passion for jewellery from his grandfather, Leslie Joseph Ventura, a jeweller himself. Neil’s journey has taken him around the globe, where he carved out a distinguished career with De Beers — an iconic name in the world of diamonds — spanning 34 years. An integral part of the De Beers Executive team, much of his career was spent buying, selling and auctioning diamonds, including several exceptionally large and rare stones. Neil also spearheaded Tracr, a pioneering digital trust platform delivering end-to-end traceability of a diamond’s journey.
As a member of the National Committee of the National Association of Jewellers in the UK, Neil’s roots are deep within the British jewellery landscape. With the founding of Ventura in 2023, his journey has come full circle.
KANTA VENTURA
Creative Director
A qualified jewellery designer and former fashion designer, Kanta is the personal jewellery stylist you never knew you needed. With a sharp eye for design, she isn’t just creating jewels; she is weaving them into the fabric of a woman’s life.
Kanta designs with purpose, considering how each piece fits, moves and feels within your world. Drawing from her rich Indian heritage, Kanta brings a vibrant, colourful lens to everything she creates.
Warmth, energy, texture and pattern define her work and she loves pushing boundaries, inspiring clients to step out of their comfort zones, embrace bold colour choices and break free from the predictable.
PRITAM MUKHI
Director
A third-generation jeweller with gemstones in his DNA, Pritam is a trusted expert in sourcing and valuing some of the world’s most exceptional diamonds, coloured stones and pearls. A qualified GIA gemmologist and former ambassador of the International Coloured Gemstone Association, he brings decades of global experience to Ventura.
With a network built on trust, Pritam is also a recognised appraiser of fine jewellery, combining deep knowledge with an innate understanding of craftsmanship, rarity and beauty.

Our Dorian Gray-inspired grey and orange colour palette is a reflection of our commitment to individuality. Named after the classic novel by Oscar Wilde, we selected this timeless, neutral grey because it enhances the brilliance of the diamonds and gemstones in our collection, revealing their truest beauty.
Capturing the warm and welcoming atmosphere in our studio, the bold orange, meanwhile, was inspired by The Mandarin. Set with a perfectly cut oval Mandarin garnet, it was the first ring to join our 1/1 Collection.
