How does your bespoke process work from first idea to finished piece?
Our bespoke journey begins with a private consultation (either in person or virtual), where we take the time to understand your vision, lifestyle, and the story behind the piece you wish to create. We then present design directions tailored to your preferences, confirm a quote and timeline, and begin crafting your creation with masterful care. Along the way, we provide updates, and once complete, the final piece is delivered securely or handed over with discretion.
I only have a rough idea. Can you help me design it?
Absolutely. Many of our clients begin with just a spark, such as a photo, a memory, or a sentiment. We’ll translate your inspiration into elegant design options, guiding you with insight into what will look and wear beautifully.
Can you make a piece from a sketch or photo?
Yes. Whether it's a treasured heirloom or a sketch on a napkin, we can honour the inspiration while refining the proportions, comfort, and craftsmanship.
Can you redesign an heirloom into something new?
We cherish the emotional value of legacy pieces. Our team will sensitively transform existing gemstones and precious metals into a fresh design, preserving their meaning while infusing new life.
Do you make miniature or sculptural (“wearable art”) pieces?
Yes. We specialise in transforming passions into fine jewellery. From sculptural forms to miniature tributes, our designs are engineered to be wearable and refined.
What are the steps? Design sign-off, gemstone selection, crafting, handover?
Consultation → Design → Gemstone/Diamond Sourcing, Selection & Quote → Design Sign-Off & Deposit → Craftsmanship→ Finished Piece → Delivery.
Can I see CAD/3D renders or a wax model before you make it?
Yes. We provide detailed CAD imagery and 3D renders. Where needed, we can also produce a wax model for sizing confidence before we begin crafting.
Do you create bespoke jewellery for men as well as women?

Do you offer coloured gemstones such as emeralds, sapphires, morganites?
Yes. We work extensively with both classic and lesser-known coloured gemstones, many of which are becoming increasingly rare, from royal-blue sapphires and rich Colombian emeralds to underappreciated treasures like spinel and tourmaline. Each selection is made with care to ensure vibrancy, wearability, and enduring value.
Do you offer ethically sourced or recycled gemstones and metals?
Yes. We offer responsibly sourced gemstones and can recycle gold or platinum, along with documentation.

How long does a bespoke piece take?
On average, 4–8 weeks from design sign-off. However, complexity, gemstone sourcing, and seasonality can affect the timeline.
Can you work to a specific deadline?
Often yes. If you have a proposal, anniversary or event date, let us know early and we’ll shape the journey accordingly, even offering fast-track options where possible.
What determines the cost?
Primarily, gemstone rarity and size, design intricacy, and precious metal choice and the degree of craftsmanship involved to bring your unique creation to life. We always clarify how decisions affect price, helping you balance the variables.
What is your pricing range?
Our bespoke process starts from a few thousand pounds, depending on the gemstone and design but the sky is the limit for one off creations featuring the rarest materials. We offer multiple tiers to suit a range of luxury expectations.
Do you offer staged payments?
Yes. We take an initial deposit, with the balance payable upon completion or by prior arrangement.
How do you ensure value at every level?
We prioritise what the eye sees first, ie, sparkle, size, and silhouette, while making smart compromises where they're least visible. It's luxury with intention.
Sizing & Fit
How can I find a ring size discreetly?
Use our printable size guide, ask us for a ring sizer, or borrow a ring for us to measure. We’ll ensure it’s a perfect fit, even if you’re planning a surprise.
Can a ring be resized later?
Yes. Most designs allow for resizing. For complex or full-set bands, we’ll guide you to a solution that preserves the design.
How long does resizing take?
Typically a few days to a week, depending on the material and complexity.
Do you make custom sizes for bangles and bracelets?
Yes. We work to precise wrist measurements for both fit and ease of wear.
Jewellery Care & Aftercare
How do I clean fine jewellery at home?
Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
Can I wear my Ventura jewellery daily, including in water or at the gym?
While our pieces are made for wear, we recommend removing them for exercise, showering, or swimming. This preserves brilliance and protects settings.
How often should my jewellery be checked?
We suggest a professional inspection every 6–12 months, especially for frequently worn pieces.
Do you offer polishing or security checks?

What is your warranty policy?
We offer a workmanship guarantee. While it excludes damage from wear, we’re always here to assist with repairs.
Can I return a bespoke item?
Bespoke creations are final, as they’re tailored to you. However, if there’s an issue, we’ll work with you on the best solution.
