Delivery and Returns
We hope you are delighted with your Ventura Fine Jewellery purchase. Please note the following terms regarding one-off bespoke commissions and collection orders made online.
One off Bespoke Commissions
As each item is 'made to order' uniquely for you we cannot accept refunds or exchanges, unless the item is faulty. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item please contact us within seven days of receipt to notify us of the problem.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product please send us an email request to info@venturafj.com and send your item to: Ventura Fine Jewellery Limited, Badgemore House, Gravel Hill, Henley on Thames, RG9 4NR by a trackable insured shipping method.
The item should be returned using a trackable insured shipping service. It should be securely packaged and you should also include a note of your full name, dispatch address, and email address, along with all documentation originally received with your purchase such as sales invoice and certificates.
We will notify you when your item has reached us and when your replacement item has been dispatched complete with any tracking information.
Collection Products
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your made to order purchase. However, if this is not the case then we will be happy to refund you. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as the original payment. However, we will not be liable for any fees charged by your bank or financial institution on this refund.
However, you will not be able to return any goods if they have been worn, otherwise used, altered or damaged or have had related items (such as a security tag) removed. To arrange your refund, please contact us within three working days of having placed the order with your full name, dispatch address, email address and order number. This can be done either by phone on +447749710460 or by emailing us at info@venturafj.com.
Having contacted us, the piece should be sent back with the original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Once this has been received by our team we will get in touch to arrange your refund.
We recommend you send all returns through Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Alternatively, you can bring your items to our business address. Please note however you will need to book an appointment to do so. This can be done via the email above, via text message to the number above or online at www.venturafj.com.
Please note that we will not be able to send the new items until we have received your original return, and if a refund for the difference is due this will be processed.
UK Delivery
Each item is made to order. Delivery times can vary depending on the item in question but as a guide 4-6 weeks is a good indicator and delivery arrangements will be made clear at the time of ordering.

International Delivery
Ventura jewellery can be sent anywhere in the world via FedEx and other trusted logistics partners. Please contact us for more information on prices and timings. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the client.
Liability
In the event that the above return guidelines are not properly followed, Ventura Fine Jewellery will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements, at our sole discretion.
